CSS Boeing Hackathon 2018: SPACE

Following the success of the 2017 event, CSS and Boeing are again collaborating to host a Hackathon at the University of Bristol. Space technologies are driving innovation across a range of industrial applications from ubiquitous connectivity for IoT to the delivery of government services. We are delighted to announce that the 2018 Hackathon will be run in collaboration with the Satellite Applications Catapult to form the Space CSS Boeing Hackathon.

To infinity and beyond… Could you create software to enhance shipping efficiency or tackle air quality by creating an air pollution monitoring system? Maybe, your brilliant business idea lies in asteroid mining, using robotics and AI to help uncover valuable minerals in space, or will you make use of satellite data using open data platforms such as NASA’s Open Data Portal  ,Open Data Cube Initiative & Google Earth Engine to  develop your own satellite constellation?

Whatever the mission, just ensure you come equipped with enthusiasm to visualise, innovate and deliver. #Spacehackathon #watchthisspace #csshackathon
