The Space sector is a rapidly expanding market with double digit growth even during recession, driven by cutting edge technology development and the take-up of disruptive new satellite capabilities for communications, navigation and managing our planet. Santander’s Breakthrough programme targets fast-growth SMEs including those that will be the engine of the future Space industry and those in other sectors that exploit Space capabilities, and helps them unlock their potential.Breakthrough provides access to Santander’s Growth Capital Fund of £200m, as part of a complete programme including Masterclasses, Trade Missions and Internships, to bolster growing businesses. Alongside the supportive environment being created at the Harwell Oxford Space Cluster, Breakthrough can add value to ambitious companies wishing to take advantage of recent Government investments in Space to achieve their full potential.

The workshop will be an opportunity for you to hear what Breakthrough can do for you from senior Santander executives including John Williams, Head of the Santander Breakthrough Programme.  There will also be time set aside for one-to-one interactions with members of the Breakthrough Team and the International Space Innovation Centre at Harwell Oxford to discuss your specific requirements, both financial and technical.
