Workshop background

The aim of this workshop is to identify the specific challenges of Coastal Flooding and explore how innovation, including services from satellites, can help highly distributed and often isolated coastal authorities make the most of their resources and protect their communities.

During the workshop we will investigate and demonstrate how working together, using shared geospatial data platforms, can empower those responsible for managing and mitigating the challenges of coastal flooding can lead to improved policies, enhanced interventions and cost effective solutions.

Why to attend

  • Understand the challenges of the organisations tasked with managing coastal flooding
