Event Background:

IGARSS (the International Geoscience and Remote Sensing Symposium) is the flagship conference of the Geoscience and Remote Sensing Society. It is held annually in locations selected according a three-year cycle in the Americas, Europe or Africa, Asia or Australia.

Our Involvement:

Cristian and Tom from out Earth Observation team will be presenting the outcomes of project Lithium and chairing/speaking at the following sessions:

  • Remote Sensing for Surface Characterization and Mineral Exploration – Tuesday 24 July 08:50 – 09:10
  • Open Data Cube II –  Friday 27 July 11:50 – 12:10
  • Urban and Built Environment I – Monday 23 July 15:50 – 16:50

They are also keen to learn about new trends and techniques and networking with the international scientific community.
