Winning with Space: Competition Briefing Session (Brighton)

Jubilee Library
Jubilee Street

30/05/2018 - 11:15 am

30/05/2018 - 1:00 pm

If you use satellite location tech (GPS) or satellite imagery in your business, join this briefing session on the leading space ideas competitions to help you launch an idea, accelerate your business growth and make new connections across Europe.  You can win cash prizes and tailored business support packages with a chance to secure a place on their Accelerator programme.  You don’t have to be a ‘space business’.  We are looking to support ideas from any market sector from transport and aerospace, maritime and marine to agriculture, environmental management and location-based services.  The competitions are open to individuals, startups and established businesses and there is a University Challenge for students and researchers.

In this briefing session, the Satellite Applications Catapult will give you an overview of the Copernicus Masters and the European Satellite Navigation Competition and walk you through the application process with examples of UK winning entries.
