Part-time Finance Administrator

Location: Harwell, Oxfordshire

Working Hours: 8 hrs per week

Contract: 3 month temporary contract

Holiday: Pro-rata 28 days, plus statutory holidays.

The Role

Providing administrative support to a small finance team, to include:

  • Processing of finance transactions on SAP byDesign ERP accounting system
  • Debtor chasing, including dealing with customer queries and accurately recording details of all customer contact on SAP byDesign
  • Scanning and filing of finance documents
  • Monitoring and filtering finance email inbox

About You

Required Skills and Experience

  • Experience of working in a finance team
  • Ability to process transactions on an ERP system
  • Professional and confident telephone manner
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage and prioritise workload
  • Excellent attention to detail, with strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and effectively as part of a team
  • Experience of using Microsoft Office applications

Desired experience

  • AAT or similar finance qualification
  • SAP byDesign finance software user
