The jobholder will have proven capability in delivering winning, complex and bespoke proposals. You have a background in solutions and services and experience of bid campaign management from opportunity identification and bid governance to project handover.
The Proposals Manager is a pivotal role that will ensure that the bid activity is managed effectively and all departments are engaged in the development of the solution.
The Proposals Manager will have experience in supporting the team to understand customer requirements and be able to articulate the proposed solution in a concise, and high level manner.
The role is responsible for coordinating all the different contributions that each stakeholder is accountable for and ensuring that bids are managed, reviewed, submitted on time, and compliant.
The Proposals Manager will support the bid team and business development activities and play an important role in maintaining the pipeline of all BD activities, tracking opportunities from suspect, through capture and into opportunity and engaging stakeholders through to the project stage.
Main Resonsibilities and Activities
With demonstrable experience in bid coordination/management and the ability to writing concise well thought out prose, you will be proficient at negotiating and influencing your stakeholders and building strong working relationships. You have a great attention to detail and enjoy managing multiple tasks concurrently. You understand the value of governance processes and are tenacious in seeing tasks through to conclusion.
