Doing the best for your business: diversity, inclusion and growth

We all know that diversity and inclusiveness should be built into working environments, but how does your business actually benefit from implementing diversity, by being inclusive?  Come along to this workshop and find out why it should be a priority right at the start of your business journey.

 

Objectives:

  1. Why diversity and being inclusive is important for business
  2. Present an example of a start-up company who has implemented diversity
  3. Outline the business benefits of including diversity

 

Workshop Agenda:

Registration and lunch from 12pm.

At 12.30pm Jane Gotts from Genanalytics will be presenting on why you should include diversity in your business/start-up company

We’ll then hear from a start-up company who have benefited from creating an inclusive working environment from the start of their business journey.
