Orbit South Coast: February 2022

Wednesday 23rd February 2022

On the 23rd February 2022, the South Coast Centre for Excellence in Satellite Applications is delighted to announce the first of the year of our monthly networking events titled ORBIT SOUTH COAST.

Created with the aim of connecting key players in the UK space industry and providing an opportunity to discover the region’s space-related activities, whilst discussing the sector on both a local and national level. Our monthly networking events are an occasion in which we can meet to share our knowledge and skills over tea and a sandwich. A chance to hear the latest news, funding opportunities and listen to experts across the sector share their thoughts and ideas.

Speakers for our February event include Gail Eastaugh Programme Director at AeroSpace Cornwall, David Blackmore, Business Development Manager at Multiple Access Communications Ltd, and Richard Wylde Managing Director at TK Instruments.

Please note that these events are in-person events based at the Technopole in Portsmouth (Technopole, Kingston Cres, North End, Portsmouth PO2 8FA). There is free parking available on site.

If you have any questions please do not hesitate to reach out to us at victoria.may-chamberlain@port.ac.uk. Please do advise of any dietary requirements. And you can follow our Twitter and LinkedIn accounts where we share regular updates about our work and events.

We look forward to seeing you very soon!
