Marine Tech Expo

13.07.21 - 14.07.21

Plymouth is hosting its third Marine Tech Expo in 2021, designed to demonstrate the South Coast’s marine credentials to the world, aligning with the Mayflower 400 commemorations and world-famous SailGP event. The event will bring together the decision makers, innovators and enterprises involved in the latest advances in marine technology.

This year, due to Covid-19 uncertainties, the Marine Tech Expo will be taking place virtually and request that you sign-up to the newsletter to register for this two-day event.

Learn

The Expo will explore the application of autonomy in marine science and the commercial world through a series of talks on day one. Day two of the conference will be centred on sustainability within the marine world, touching on methods of propulsion, energy sources and our impact on the ocean environment.

See

Attendees will be part of an interactive virtual exhibition, showcasing marine technology from across South Coast of England. Network directly with commercial businesses and partner organisations at the exhibition which will allow you to see first-hand the latest technology and systems supporting the marine world.

Demonstrate

Utilising Plymouth’s unique ‘Smart Sound’ proving range as a stage, the Marine Business Technology Centre, working closely with the Future Autonomous at Sea Technology cluster, will be carefully curating a series of in sea demonstrations of autonomous platforms and environment monitoring systems.
