The Westcott Innovation Centre is a multipurpose facility that offers office units, collaboration and training spaces, technical spaces, and meeting rooms. Located in the heart of Westcott’s innovation ecosystem, the centre is your gateway to propulsion testing, connectivity, communications, drone testing, prototyping and ISAM by putting you in close proximity to UK leaders in these sectors.
Our technical spaces – alongside our collaboration spaces and offices – could be the perfect setting for your next venture or to support your project with small scale manufacturing and rapid prototyping.

Innovation Community
There is a growing innovation community on site, stimulated by the investment in new rocket testing facilities by the UK Space Agency and European Space Agency, the establishment of a Business Incubation Centre and the Innovation Centre on site. New companies are joining the Westcott Venture Park community all the time – including those that started their business journey in the Westcott Innovation Centre.
Facilities at the WIC
Our facilities aim to provide businesses with the innovation boost they would be unlikely to find elsewhere; this includes state of the art equipment available for short and long term hire, access to our technical and business experts for advice.
Flexible Engineering Facilities
We offer Zones 1-3 within our Flexible Engineering facilities for developing your space innovations. We have a range of specialist equipment for prototyping with assembly areas and the infrastructure for integrating advanced manufacturing machinery. Please see our brochure for the breakdown of equipment and zone specifications.
Offices
Offices of varying sizes available for short and medium term rent.
Meeting Rooms
There are 3 small meeting rooms alongside the offices as well as two larger ones on the ground floor.
