This report, commissioned by the UK Space Agency, focuses on the challenges faced by the agriculture sector globally, such as unpredictable and extreme weather, loss of land, and changes in growing conditions. In introducing ways in which the space sector can provide solutions to these problems using Earth Observation, it emphasises the importance of the space sectors role in addressing the major challenges faced in the agriculture sector globally, particularly in developing countries.
