Qualified Supplier Lists
The Satellite Applications Catapult is looking for external support to deliver on a range of exciting future requirements. We have created a variety of Qualified Supplier Lists (QSL) to help support us in this endeavour.
Introduction
Our aim is for the QSLs to represent a strategic compilation of pre-vetted suppliers, selected for their ability fulfil our requirements. Each QSL contains Areas of Expertise. Suppliers can request to join one or multiple QSLs and/or areas of expertise. For comprehensive detail about the areas, supplier selection criteria and our full qualification requirements, please request an application pack by emailing procurement@sa.catapult.org.uk.
Please note that suppliers who request the application pack will be invited to submit details via Panacea our Procurement Software Tool. You may wish to register in advance.

We are committed to procuring in a compliant, efficient, fair, equitable, safe and environmentally conscious way, therefore our Procurement activities will always:
- Follow processes that are ethical and compliant with legal obligations
- Aim to achieve value for money, based on whole life costs regarding quality of goods and services
- Help to improve the competitiveness of suppliers, support the local economy and create social impact where possible
Being accepted onto a QSL does not automatically mean you will be contracted. Individual requirements will be specified, and suppliers can be selected from the relevant QSL to respond.
Supplier Terms and Conditions
A copy of the Catapult’s terms and conditions will be located within the application pack and must be agreed to prior to a supplier being added to the QSL.
