Workshop: Managing Ocean Risks
South Coast Centre of Excellence is hosting a workshop to expand upon opportunities for satellite applications in the maritime risk management sector.
Key areas that will be explored at this event will be:
- Pollution detection and characterisation for optimised remediation
- Marine litter surveillance to target intervention
- Algal bloom surveillance and forecasting toxic impacts
The objective of this workshop is to validate the need for novel solutions, assess state of the art in these domains, and prioritise the solutions to take forward into implementation.
