Event

Space-Comm Expo

The Satellite Applications Catapult will be at Space-Comm 2026, showcasing how we collaborate with industry to unlock the UK’s potential in satellite-enabled services.

We’re thrilled to be returning to Space-Comm with a strong programme of roundtables, expert speaking sessions, and on-stand activities designed to spark collaboration across the space and wider technology ecosystem. Across both days, our specialists will share insights spanning satcomms, autonomy, sustainability, and in-orbit services, while creating opportunities for industry, government, and international partners to connect with our team at Stand F10.

Ask the Engineer: From Megastructures to Nanotech
5 March | 15:00–15:40 | Space Data Conference Theatre
This session brings together practitioners from aerospace, automotive, energy, telecoms, advanced manufacturing, and geospatial analytics to show how “non‑space” engineering is already critical to Europe’s space ambitions, sitting at the heart of the downstream space economy even if “space” is not in their job title.
Moderator: Nafeesa Dajda

Networking Events

German Capabilities Catalogue Demo & Networking
4  March | Arrival 14:30 | Demo 15:00 | Networking 15:30 | Stand F10
Join us for a demonstration of the soon-to-be-launched German Space Capabilities Catalogue. Our Ecosystem Insights Lead, Patrick Stewart, will be demonstrating the new platform live on stand, along with colleagues from Space Wales and German counterparts. The Catalogue can support the discovery of solutions to emerging challenges, inform policy development, and act as an educational resource for comprehending diverse aspects of space technology and its real-world applications. Straight after the demonstration, we will be hosting an on-stand networking event, inviting companies to ask questions and interact with staff in an informative session over a selection of drinks – Don’t miss out!
