Join us to learn more about potential opportunities for satellite-enabled innovation, collaboration, and commercial activities between the UK and South Africa.

This Bilateral showcase event aim to disseminate findings and research from Workshops and Interviews conducted with challenge owners in South Africa that took place over July – August 2023 and identified potential opportunities for Space-enabled collaboration, and commercial activities for UK organisations within South Africa.

A summary of findings from the Environmental Challenges and Climate Resilience Workshops and Interviews will be shared to enable further engagement and collaboration around natural disasters & risk, biodiversity & habitats, adaptation & mitigation, drought, flood management, water security, etc.

This event forms part of the Satellite Applications Catapult’s International Discovery Programme and has been designed to showcase opportunities to UK organisations and start interactions between UK organisations and South African representatives from the industry, academia, and the public sector leading to future business and future partnership activities.
