Are you a current HE student looking for a work experience in the Space sector this summer? This is an exciting opportunity for a degree or Masters level student to gain work experience with a work placement at Spaceport Cornwall.
In summer of 2022, Virgin Orbit will launch the first satellites from UK soil from Spaceport Cornwall. This first launch is due to be called ‘Tribute’ and will showcase some of the amazing work going on within the UK Space sector.
Spaceport Cornwall are looking for a candidate to support the SPC’s Sustainability Steering Group’s action plan and provide Comms Support. This is an 8 weeks minimum fixed term contract to be agreed with successful candidate. Ideally, students will undertake this piece of work to tie in with the current studies, before the start of the academic year.
